Meeting Information
To meet its mission, the Alameda Conference Mayors’ Conference holds monthly business meetings at various locations throughout Alameda County. The Executive Director and the host city coordinate meeting locations and details. Meetings frequently include a presentation regarding key topical and timely issues and services throughout Alameda County and the state.
Members and local governmental agencies must RSVP if they intend to attend the dinner following the meeting using the information and link provided in the monthly Meeting Notice. The Executive Director processes dinner RSVP requests to determine availability, eligibility, and membership. Nonmembers and non-affiliated agencies are required to prepay for dinner attendance.
Due to arrangements with service providers, cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on the Thursday before a scheduled meeting/dinner are non-refundable. Attendance is subject to availability. Meeting information, including the Meeting Notice, is available here.
